We are here to help.

We understand that life can be hard, but believe accessing support shouldn’t be!

Here at the Isle of Wight Youth Trust, we have almost 40 years experience supporting young people, just like you, through difficult times.

The first step – and often the hardest – is reaching out for help. We are here to try and make that process as easy as possible for you.

It is important to know we are not a crisis service… If you or someone you know is at immediate risk of harming themselves or others please click here

How we can help

Our Child Wellbeing Practitioners provide early intervention wellbeing support. They work with children aged 5-12 alongside their parents/carers and young people aged 7-18, both 1 to 1 and in groups.
We offer a wide range of one-to-one therapies for 5-25 year olds. So whatever you have going on, and however you want to work through it, we have something for you.

Facilitated by our practitioners, these sessions provide a safe space for parents and carers of 8 to 18-year-olds to get information and support on a range of mental health topics. There will also be the opportunity for discussion and to ask questions.

Sessions are held every Wednesday 1:30-2:30pm
