We are here to help.

We offer a range of wellbeing, self-help and counselling services to children and young people aged 5 to 25 years on the Isle of Wight.

It is important to know that we not a crisis service, so if you feel that you or someone you know is at immediate risk of harming themselves or others, click here.

Our staff are available to talk through our services and how you might access them...

Either drop in to our reception area and speak to a member of our team (no appointment required) or call us during our opening times.

What you say to us will be confidential unless you give us permission to share, or if we feel you are at risk of harm to yourself or others.

Through conversation and/or via an enquiry form process, we will consider what the best way is that we can help you and will advise you about what your recommended options are. If another service
better meet your needs, we will let you know where and how to access them and will formally refer you if this is possible/appropriate.

Is what you tell us confidential?

What you say to us will not be discussed with other people (including parents, teachers, friends or anyone) unless you give your permission. The only exception to this is if we are concerned about your safety or the safety of someone else. If you have attended counselling a brief report is usually sent to your GP, which will give an outline of the issues covered and any recommendations for further support if needed.
