We are here to help.
We offer a range of wellbeing, self-help and counselling
services to children and young people aged 5 to 25 years on
the Isle of Wight.
It is important to know that we not a crisis/emergency service, so if you feel that you or someone you know is at
immediate risk of harming themselves or others, click here.

How do I get help?
To find out how we can help, young people or their carers/parents can either:
Talk through how to get the right support for you with a member of our team by dropping in (no appointment required) or calling us during our opening times:

However you make contact, we will review your enquiry, and talk with you about the best way we can help. If another service can better meet your needs, we can let you know where and how to access them and will formally refer you where possible/appropriate.
