The Isle of Wight Youth Trust, the largest independent mental health and wellbeing charity on the island, has been awarded the matrix Standard for its high-quality services. This international quality mark recognizes the charity’s excellent information, advice, and guidance in areas like counselling, employment, and housing for children, young people, and their families. With about 40 staff and volunteers, the Youth Trust has provided free counselling since 1984 and now also operates the Youth Hub, which opened in 2024. The accreditation highlights the team’s dedication and assures clients that they are receiving the best possible support.
